we are a southwest american restaurant in chandler, AZ, where great food, coffee, and hospitality bring people together. We serve scratch-made breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch using fresh ingredients and local partners. our mission is to create a welcoming place where guests feel like family

Cody and Tanner began their partnership nine years ago, driven by a shared vision to build a gathering place rooted in great food, service, and community. together, they played a key role in revitalizing poverty bay café in federal way WA after its pandemic closure, helping transform it into an award-winning local favorite known for its quality and guest experience.
Cody brings over 15 years of culinary and leadership experience, including a le cordon bleu education and a background in scratch kitchens, bakery programs, and restaurant management. Tanner adds strong operational and business expertise, with experience in inventory control, financial management, and supply chain from both restaurant leadership and his time at Costco corporate. together, they form a well-rounded and effective leadership team.

Kymberly and Steve bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to growth, stability, and long-term success. after connecting in the restaurant industry eight years ago, they have focused on strategic investments and are now expanding into restaurant ownership to create lasting value.
Kymberly has over 35 years of experience managing coffee stands and cafés in the Seattle area. a le cordon bleu graduate, she combines strong operational skills with a passion for hospitality. known for her genuine connections, she has built a loyal customer base that has followed her for years.
Steve adds over 30 years of service-focused restaurant experience, with deep expertise in operations, maintenance, and vendor relations. his ability to secure high-quality services at competitive costs supports both efficiency and long-term profitability.

Tyler developed a passion for cooking at a young age, growing up in a household surrounded by professional chefs. he began his restaurant career at 15 as a dishwasher, gaining a strong foundation in kitchen operations. over the past nine years, he has worked his way through multiple roles, learning everything he can.
through hands-on experience, Tyler has built a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and advanced cooking techniques. his strong work ethic, leadership, and operational knowledge make him a key asset in managing kitchen efficiency and supporting the continued success of red brick eatery.
